What are skin candles good for?

Quite a bit. The Skin Candle melts into a warm body oil, great for massages, but also works as a daily moisturizer. Just pour into your palms or apply with your fingertips. One product, full-body skin care.

Is the warm oil safe to apply directly on my skin?

Yes, completely. The Skin Candle is formulated to melt at a low, skin-safe temperature. Blow out the flame, wait one minute, and the oil is warm and comfortable, never hot enough to burn. Designed to be poured directly onto your skin.

Will it clog my pores?

No. Every ingredient in the Skin Candle was chosen to be non-comedogenic, meaning it absorbs into the skin without blocking pores. It leaves skin silky, never greasy or heavy.

How long does one candle last?

Each Skin Candle is 2.3 oz / 65g and provides approximately 10 to 12 full body ritual sessions depending on how much oil you use per application.

How long do I burn it before using the oil?

Light the candle and let it melt for 20 to 30 minutes. This allows a full pool of warm oil to form for your ritual.

Can I use it on my face?

The Skin Candle is formulated for the body. We recommend avoiding the face and sensitive areas. Always do a patch test before first use.

What does it smell like?

Each scent is different, from the warm and comforting notes of Warmth, to the fresh botanical feel of Botanic, to the clean simplicity of Pure (unscented). The fragrance is present but never overwhelming designed to enhance the ritual, not dominate it.

Is it cruelty free?

Yes. The Skin Candle is never tested on animals.

Does it contain parabens or phthalates?

No. The Skin Candle is paraben free and phthalate free. Only what your skin needs nothing more.

Can I reuse the vessel after the candle is finished?

Absolutely and we encourage it. Once your candle is done, clean the vessel and give it a second life. Plant something in it, use it as a jewelry dish, an espresso cup, a bedside holder. The vessel is yours to reinvent.

How should I store my Skin Candle?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This preserves both the fragrance and the integrity of the oils.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The Skin Candle is formulated with gentle, plant-based ingredients. However every skin is different we always recommend a patch test on a small area before full use.

What is the wick made from?
