Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping We ship nationwide across the United States via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by location after your order ships:
USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
USPS First-Class Mail: 1-5 business days

Missing or Lost Packages We know how frustrating a missing package can be. If your order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, reach out to us at hello@peleboa.com , we'll look into it and do everything we can to make it right.
Address Changes Need to update your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@peleboa.com , we'll do our best to catch it in time. Once an order has been processed and handed to USPS, we're unable to make changes, so don't hesitate to reach out early

Return & Refund Policy
At PeleBoa+, we take great care in packaging each Skin Candle to arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right.
Damaged Orders If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@peleboa.com with:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice.
All Other Returns Because our products are handcrafted and made for skin contact, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged.
